Organizational Structure

The description of the organizational structure of the Graduate School as the unit managing the Doctoral study program is visually presented in the following figure.

Postgraduate Schools (SPs) are academic implementing units that function to organize and/or coordinate master education programs, doctoral programs, applied master programs, applied doctoral programs, and other programs in accordance with their authority. To carry out its functions, SPs are led by the Director, and assisted by two Deputy Directors, namely the Deputy Director for Academic and Student Affairs and the Deputy Director for Finance and Resources.

In addition, SPs also have supporting units, namely: SPs Commission, Quality Control Unit (SKM), Center for Publication and Scientific  Development (P3KI), Promotion of Sustainability in Prostgraduate Education and Research (ProSPER.Net), Office of International Education and Research. Relation (OIER), and journal manager in charge of assisting the Director in carrying out academic activities at the SPs level.

  1. Compose plan for educaional quality improvement, research and community service, guide the subject group and competency, as well as carried out academic quality assurance in the level of study program
  2. Carried out education quality improvement activites, research and community service, guide the subject group and competency, as well as carried out academic quality assurance in the level of study program
  3. Carried out education quality assurance, research and community service, guide the subject group and competency, as well as carried out academic quality assurance in the level of study program
  4. Carried out student councelling, alumny, religion, social and culture and communication in the level of study program; and
  5. Carried out evaluation, observation, and report the education quality improvement, research and community service, guide the subject group and competency, as well as carried out academic quality assurance in the level of study program periodically

Working Relations

  1. Take action of instruction from Postgraduates School Director dan Vice Director as well as give instruction to human resources in the study program; and

Quality Control Cluster

Tasks

  1. Compose academic quality standard in the level of study program
  2. Compose SOP for all academic activities and control its implementation
  3. Periodically run the monitoring for all academic activities, assess its quality as well as make program revision for the sustainable quality improvement
  4. Periodically measuring students’ satisfaction, tracer study, stakeholder satisfaction as well as make program revision for the sustainable quality improvement
  5. Periodically make the report and reports the quality assurance in the level of study program to the Postgraduate School Director through Quality Control Unit

Academic Administration

Tasks

  1. Make letter of lecturing task, print and distribute the lecturing schedule as well as final examination schedule in accordance with main task action so that the lecturing and final examination are carried out based on schedule
  2. Monitor the frequency of lecturing in accordance with main task action to get data of lecturing implementation based on the schedule
  3. Serve students for making letters (research permit, observation permit, data request letter, questionnaire distribution letter, resignation letter, temporary graduation certificate) in accordance with main task action to fulfill students’ needs/request.
  4. Serve the administrative affairs of transfers between departments/study programs in accordance with the guidelines to get the legality of the transfer status
  5. Process the Letter of Companion Certificate (SKPI) in accordance with the mechanism and main task action for the graduates obtain the SKPI at the graduation;
  6. Carried out administrative affairs and graduation services according to the main tasks and assignments for the implementation of graduation in the Faculty/KD/SPs;
  7. Serve the implementation of the final examination /graduation predicate in accordance with the applicable provisions to get well planned examination;
  8. Archive the academic documents/files in accordance with the main action tasks and guidelines to have neat and order document
  9. Make report of working implementation periodically; and
  10. Carried out other official duties instructed by the leader both orally and in writing.
