Doctor Program of Science Education

Doctorate Program of ScienEdication was established in 1993/1994 based on Directorate General of Higher Education Decree N0.588/DIKTI/Kep/1993. The curriculum of study program is reviewed and revised to meet demands of Indonesian National Qualification Framework (Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia /KKNI) level 9, 21st century skill and Industrial Revolution 4.0. The curricullum of DPSE is also be aligned with the development of knowledge, technology, and stakeholders’ need

Objectives

  1. Graduates of Doctorate Program of Science Education who has skills and abilities to make appropriate and professional decisions based on the results of analysis of information and data, and can select and create innovative work independently and in groups as alternative solutions to solve problems in science education and learning and development services the students it faces in accordance with the context to obtain the best learning outcomes and optimal student development;

  2. Become Leading and Outstanding study program capable of producing innovative research work in the field of science education through developing partnerships and international cooperation;

  3. Applying the results of research and other development in the form of community service as a tangible contribution to national development

Assessment

The process and stdents’ assessement conduct in various strategies. The formative assessement aims for improvement of the learning program, whereas summative assessment aims to evaluate students learning achievement. The formative assessment includes assignment, presentation (individual/group), performance test, portofolio, mini riset and report  paper. The sumative assessment is given in midterm exam and final exam
